Our Tallow Creams are made with 100% natural ingredients and are heat sensitive. While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in exactly the same appearance as when it was sent. Exposure to heat during transit may cause changes in texture or consistency (such as softening or melting). These changes are cosmetic only and do not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product. All products remain perfectly suitable for use.
